My mother has been a resident at Park Meadows for about 3 years. Since she’s been there, she’s had a lot of great caregivers, but when she first arrived, she had a caregiver named Marlana, who was amazing. She’s very attentive and caring and my mother just loves her. In fact, she refers to Marlena as “her granddaughter”, even though she isn’t. Mom will search the whole facility, looking for Marlana so she can ask her for whatever she needs. Marlana is still there, providing great care and a warm smile to all the residents at Park Meadows.

Everyone—from the nurses and therapists to the support staff—treated residents with kindness, respect, and patience. The therapy team was knowledgeable and encouraging, helping patients make steady progress while keeping them motivated. The facility was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, creating a positive environment for both residents and their families. Communication was excellent, and the staff took the time to answer questions and make sure everyone felt informed and supported. The therapy department is amazing , staff truly cares , new management is doing a great job at making the place a caring facility, Marlana is always willing to help and does an amazing job at getting things done, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Staff is super nice and food sucks

I arrived at Park Meadows Post Acute Care about 6 weeks ago. During that time I have encountered many different CNAs, Nurses, and other Healthcare Staff. For the most part, everyone has been wonderful! Very kind, patient, understanding, encouraging, and willing to do everything they can to help me feel comfortable and get better. Their positive attitudes really helped bring my spirits up and brighten my day. (Plus, their wound care team is phenomenal.) Is it perfect? No. For instance, the food sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. However, that’s very minor and subjective, someone else might love it. 😆 All of the important things, such as patient care, medications, OT, PT, and daily activities, are great. They truly do have many excellent qualities. I worked as a CNA for over twenty years myself, so I know what its like to be on both sides. If I were still able to work, I think I would like working here. The core staff seem to interact well together and help each other out as needed, which says a lot about them. I was supposed to go home, but chose to stay for two more weeks. I feel like that also speaks volumes about my stay here. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Park Meadows Post Acute Rehab to others in need.
